Membership, Training and Qualifications

All psychologists are legally qualified to practice.
They must be registered with the Psychology Board in the state they practice in.

The ACPCP is a body of psychologists in full-time practice and associates in part-time practice.
The College exists to maintain high standards of professional practice and competence and requires members to adhere to strict professional code of ethics.

Qualifications and Training :

Members have completed minimum of 6 years training at university and clinics.
Many members have obtained additional higher qualifications, including training in hypnotherapy and other clinical techniques.

Members of the College are required to maintain continuing professional development.
